1. About WAKAmedic

WAKAmedic LLC provides non-emergency passenger transportation to and from medical and healthcare appointments. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WAKAmedic's public website and communications with WAKAmedic.

2. Non-Emergency Transportation

WAKAmedic is a non-emergency transportation provider. WAKAmedic does not provide emergency medical transportation through this service.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Transportation Requests

A transportation request is subject to availability, scheduling, service-area requirements, passenger needs, and WAKAmedic's acceptance of the request. Submission of a request does not by itself guarantee transportation.

4. Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill a transportation request, including appropriate contact, pickup, destination, scheduling, and transportation-related information.

5. SMS Program Terms

WAKAmedic may offer optional transactional text-message notifications concerning transportation requests, bookings, and rides.

Customers enroll in WAKAmedic SMS communications by affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent option presented during the applicable booking process. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of WAKAmedic's general terms.

Message frequency varies depending on your transportation activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of WAKAmedic text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact WAKAmedic at (505) 225-7589 or support@wakamedic.com for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. WAKAmedic may modify or discontinue its SMS program as permitted by applicable requirements.
